Business Enterprise

A business enterprise is an organizational entity involved in the provision of goods and services to consumers.  Businesses are either privately owned or publicly owned and tend to and provide goods and services to customers in exchange for other goods, services, or money. Depending on the jurisdiction, a business owned by multiple individuals may form as an incorporated company, limited liability company or jointly organize as a partnership.
